For heat pump, solar and aircon installers

Most of your customers are worth double what you get from them.

You do a fifteen grand job in someone's house, you are the most trusted trade they have ever dealt with, and then they hear nothing for eleven months. We build the system that fixes that, and brings the next customer without you paying a platform every time.

The problem

Referrals are lovely right up until the month they stop.

Word of mouth built your business and there is nothing wrong with it. But it is not a tap you control. When the diary looks thin in February there is no lever to pull, so you buy ads, pay for a click, and if that person is not ready this month they are gone. Then you pay again for the same person in the spring.

Meanwhile the two hundred people you have already installed for, who trust you completely, hear from you once a year when an automated service reminder goes out.

The install is the acquisition cost. The service relationship is where the actual margin lives.

What we build

Two engines. One system you own.

01

The front door

A scored diagnostic on your site that homeowners actually want to use, capturing postcodes from day one. Ads pointed at it, segmented by the streets you want to work on. Enquiries land in a CRM that follows up on its own, by email and WhatsApp.

02

The back door

The bit nobody does. A handover message a week after install, from you, not a robot. Seasonal check-ins timed to cold snaps and price cap changes. A maintenance plan sold at handover while trust is at its peak. Referral asks at the point satisfaction is highest.

03

The commercial track

Residential pays the bills. Commercial is the disproportionate one. Targeted lists of architects, developers and building firms in your region, and a patient outreach cadence so you are already familiar when a spec comes up.

Who it is for

We say no to most people.

This works for installers who want to be the name their area already knows, and who could actually service three more jobs a month if we produced them.

It does not work if you are fully booked on referrals and happy that way, which is a perfectly good business, or if you have no capacity and no plan to get any. If we bring you work you cannot deliver we have made your life worse. The score will tell you which one you are, and sometimes it tells people to wait.

Worth a conversation

  • Most of your work arrives by referral and you want a second source
  • You could take on more jobs without the wheels coming off
  • You install for people, then never speak to them again
  • You do commercial by accident and want to do it on purpose

Not yet, or not at all

  • You are flat out and happy, with no wish to grow
  • You have no capacity and no plan to add any
  • You want leads by Friday rather than a system by Christmas
  • You would rather someone else owned the customer relationship
