What it costs

Prices on the page, because nobody else in this category does it.

Three stages. Fixed prices, fixed scope, no hourly billing. You can stop after any of them.

1

The Ecosystem Audit

Two to three hours of our time and one call. You get a written map of what you have, where the gaps are, roughly what each one costs you, and the order to fix them. Yours to keep whether you go further or not.

  • Where your work comes from and what it costs you per job
  • What happens to enquiries that do not book
  • What your CRM does versus what it could do
  • What happens in the year after an install
£495credited against the build
2

The Install

Most start here

Eight to ten weeks. This is where the thing gets built. Fixed scope and a fixed end date, in a fixed order.

  • Website built around your diagnostic, not a services grid
  • The scored tool itself, with the report and postcode capture
  • CRM set up with the automations actually switched on, WhatsApp included
  • Email set up, plus the enquiry nurture and post-install handover sequences
  • Paid traffic pointed at the tool, segmented by postcode
  • A day on site filming, and a case study format you can repeat yourself
£7,500or £2,500 then £1,000 × 6
3

The Run

We keep it working. Three month minimum, then rolling. Cancel with a month’s notice.

  • Your email marketing written and sent, because you will not do it
  • Ads and postcode targeting managed
  • Seasonal campaigns, timed to cold snaps and price cap dates
  • Monthly report on what came in, from where, and what it turned into
  • A monthly call that is strategy, not a status update
£1,500per month

The maths

One extra job every couple of months and it has paid for itself.

An air-to-water heat pump install runs somewhere around £15,000 before the grant. If your gross margin lands near 25 to 30%, that is roughly £3,000 to £4,500 in your pocket per install.

At £1,500 a month, The Run breaks even at one extra install every two to three months. Everything above that is profit. We would rather argue about whether we can produce the job than about the price of the service.

Fair questions

Why is the audit not free?

Because free audits do not get read. Paying £495 means you take the recommendations seriously, and it means we are working for you rather than pitching at you. It comes straight off the build if you carry on.

Do you tie me into a contract?

The build is a fixed piece of work with an end date. The Run is three months minimum, because nothing shows results in four weeks, then it is month to month.

I am already flat out. Should I bother?

Probably not yet, and we will say so. Fix capacity first. Come back when you have someone to send to the extra jobs.

Who actually does the work?

The two of us. There is no account manager and no junior. That is the whole point and it is also why we cap how many installers we work with.
